User information is encrypted in transport and stored securely on WebNEERS servers.

To generate room codes and to collect data in offline mode you will need to have a WebNEERS login. A user does not need a login if they are using the app to join an existing room
After a user with a valid WebNEERS username and password initially login into the app they will no longer need internet access to collect data offline. In order to Sync data back to the WebNEERS server, the user will need internet access.
The WebNEERS portal app uses the same username and password for login as the WebNEERS system. You can go to the password reset page of WebNEERS to have a new password emailed to you.
